Sunset Over Mount Etna

Sunset over Mount Etna, Sicily

What is your passion? What lights your fire? What brings you alive? Whatever it is, follow it with your heart. It will help you to live the fullest expression of life, to be the most glorious vision of yourself that you can be.

Be true to yourself, and use the passion of your heart to propel you forward on the path of Life.

Passion is both motivational and inspirational. It is contagious and it spreads like wildfire. Not only will it bring out the magnificence of your own being, it will also rub off on others, spreading loveliness to all corners of the world.

“The life I touch…will touch another life,

and that in turn another, until who knows

…in what far place my touch will be felt.”

Frederick Buechner

  1. beautiful photo, Liz! Did you go up the volcano? A couple of years I was staying on the island and I went up. It was misty at the top then too and very cold.

    • Thank you, Francina. No I didn’t go up it, although I would like to at some point. I was on a cruise at the time and there were several excursions in Sicily. I chose to spend the day in Taormina – a beautiful place. It was misty there too, and I only managed to get a photo of Mount Etna just as we were about to leave for the ship. Blessings.

      • A cruise to the sun sounds really wonderful right now when I look outside:-) Etna is worth a visit if you ever get a chance again. I found it very desolated within the mist and it gave an uneasy feeling to know you stand there only 300 meter lower than the crater of a working volcano.Have a lovely day!

    • Thank you. I took the photo from Taormina, which itself is gorgeous. There had been a thick mist all day, which cleared for just a few minutes as the sun set. I quickly grabbed the opportunity, as we were leaving to return to the ship, giving thanks to the Higher Force that answered my prayer!!
